We were asked to support a leading international management consultancy with customer research in the APAC region.
Working with the agency we co-ordinated and conducted several in-depth interviews with senior international customers for a well-known manufacturer. The insights gathered were used to inform the re-naming and re-branding of the company as it sought to grow its market position across the region.
